Coach trip to Skegness(Coach 1)

Description

Join us for a fun-filled day at the seaside! We’re arranging coach transport from our parish office in Milton Keynes to Skegness, perfect for a summer day out with family and friends.

🕗 Departure: Meet at the Parish Office at 7.50am ready to leave at 8am
🕓 Return: Depart Skegness at 4pm

  • Tickets available from 29th June at 10:00am

Enjoy a relaxing day by the sea, whether it’s building sandcastles, enjoying fish and chips, or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere.

COACH TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility and Proof of Address
Some coach trips may be restricted to residents of Stantonbury Parish or other specified areas. Proof of address may be requested at any time. 
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of address when requested may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
 
  1. Right to Refuse Travel
The Coach Leader(s) and/or Coach Driver(s) reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger who:
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
 • Behaves in an abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate manner; or
 • Poses a risk to the safety, comfort or wellbeing of other passengers.
No refund will be issued where travel is refused under this condition.

  1. Mobility and Accessibility
Passengers must be able to board and disembark the coach independently and without assistance. 
If you have accessibility requirements, please contact Stantonbury Parish Council before booking to discuss whether suitable arrangements can be made.
 
  1. Children and Young People
All passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult aged 18 or over for the duration of the coach trip. 
The accompanying adult is responsible for the conduct, safety and wellbeing of the young person throughout the journey.
Unaccompanied passengers under the age of 18 will not be permitted to travel and no refund will be issued.
 
  1. Departure Times
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated departure point in good time before the scheduled departure time. 
The coach cannot be delayed for late arrivals and no refund will be given to passengers who miss the departure.
 
  1. Return Journey
Passengers must return to the coach at the time advised by the Coach Leader and/or Driver for the return journey. 
The coach cannot be delayed for late passengers.
 
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date. 
Any refund requests made before this period will be considered at the discretion of Stantonbury Parish Council.
 
  1. Proof of Booking
Passengers should bring proof of booking or ticket purchase with them on the day of travel and present it upon request.
 
  1. Seating Arrangements
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. 
Stantonbury Parish Council cannot guarantee that passengers on separate bookings will be seated together or, where multiple coaches are used, travel on the same coach.
 
  1. Changes to the Trip
Stantonbury Parish Council reserves the right to amend or cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, vehicle issues or other unforeseen circumstances. 
Where a trip is cancelled by the Council, a full refund will be provided.
 
  1. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. 
Stantonbury Parish Council accepts no liability for any loss, theft or damage to personal property during the trip.
